This Terms of Service for Onetella Digital Services are effective from 14th May 2024.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Onetella digital platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service Onetella provides digital financial services including but not limited to international money transfers, multi-currency accounts, and virtual currency transactions. Services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. User Accounts You must register for and maintain an active personal user account ("Account") to access Onetella services. Account registration requires you to submit to Onetella certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, and age, as well as at least one valid payment method supported by Onetella.

4. User Responsibilities You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account and you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all times.

5. Payments and Fees You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive ("Charges"). Onetella will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Conduct and Use You may not access or use the Services for unlawful purposes. Onetella reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice if it deems your use to be in violation of these terms.

7. Intellectual Property All content included on the site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Onetella or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided "as is". Onetella makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Onetella or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services on Onetella’s digital platform.

10. Amendments to Terms Onetella reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
